Booking Conditions
- Deposit - equal to half the amount to be paid within 7 days of booking.
- Final Payment - To be paid on arrival, at Coastal Palms Holiday Park,
- 40 Shoalhaven Heads Rd, Shoalhaven Heads.
- Keys will be provided at that time.
- Pets - NO
- Linen - Cabins have 2 bedrooms. 1 Double bed & 2 single bunks. All linen & bath towels are provided.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the booking will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit.
Christmas Bookings and Cancellations
$200.00 deposit required within seven days of booking - Remainder to be paid prior to 1st November.
A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply under all circumstances.
If notice given prior to 1st October and cabin re-let only cancellation fee will apply. If not re-let loss of deposit will apply.
If cancellation made after 1st November and the cabin is not re-let no refund will be made. If cabin is re-let $200.00 cancellation fee will apply.
